Our services encompass survey, assessment, implementation, commissioning, installation, maintenance, turnkey project management, and consultancy. Over the years, WCS has positioned itself as the Solution Provider for Enterprise & Carrier Network in Indonesia for both Data and Voice Networks and has achieved numerous successes in implementation to Multinational Companies, Telco’s, and Government Institutions. Nowadays, in line with the growth of company business and the rising of customer demand for end-to-end IT solutions, we are expanding our services in the field of Enterprise Business Solutions, Business Performance Management, and strengthen cloud business and IoT solutions.

WCS has a business unit, namely WCS - BSD (Business Solution Division) which focuses on IT consultants who have experience in providing Solution Providers for Enterprise & Carrier Networks in Indonesia such as Data and Voice Networks. WCS is also a Microsoft Gold Partner which has helped various companies in implementing technology solutions from Microsoft products; Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure.

Along with technological developments and increasingly complex business needs, the WCS-BSD business unit is increasingly focused and sharp as an IT consultant, not only for Microsoft technology, but other technology products such as Hexagon, Cloud Services, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, and other Digital Transformation solutions which are also part of the WCS-BSD service.
As part of its commitment to providing stronger and more innovative services, WCS BSD, which was previously an IT consulting business unit under WCS (Wahana Ciptasinatria), is now spinning off to become WCS Abysena.
Even though it operates as a separate entity,
WCS Abysena remains under the auspices of WCS (Wahana Ciptasinatria).
