As one of Indonesia’s largest public transportation providers, Transjakarta operates a complex ecosystem that spans fleet management, ticketing, finance, and procurement.
As operations grew in scale, the organization began facing challenges in maintaining data synchronization, reporting accuracy, and system integration. Its existing ERP supported daily functions but lacked the scalability, flexibility, and control needed to sustain enterprise-wide operations at a metropolitan level.

Founded in 2004, Transjakarta is a Jakarta-owned public transportation company (BUMD) operating one of the world’s largest Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) systems. Serving millions of passengers daily across more than 250 routes, Transjakarta plays a vital role in connecting communities and advancing Jakarta’s sustainable mobility vision.
Partnering with WCS Abysena, Transjakarta began its digital transformation journey by implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO) — a modern ERP designed to unify operations and strengthen governance.

As a public transportation BUMD, Transjakarta needed an ERP system capable of managing large-scale operations while ensuring transparency, compliance, and financial discipline.
