WCS Abysena Conducts Onsite Analysis Phase at Mining Operation in Kutai Kartanegara, East Kalimantan

Kutai Kartanegara, East Kalimantan – July 2026 – WCS Abysena recently conducted an onsite visit to one of our valued customers in the mining industry, located in Kutai Kartanegara, East Kalimantan, as part of the Analysis Phase of an ongoing Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation project.

The onsite visit was focused on conducting a physical site assessment and validating operational business processes directly in the field. By observing mining operations firsthand, our consulting team gained valuable insights into daily workflows, operational challenges, and the interactions between departments that will ultimately shape the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
